ThTxGNN - Drug Repurposing Explorer

ThTxGNN is a SMART on FHIR application that provides AI-predicted drug repurposing candidates for Thai FDA-approved medications. It leverages the TxGNN knowledge graph and deep learning models to predict new therapeutic indications for existing drugs.

- Automatically retrieves patient medications from EHR via FHIR

- Maps drugs using RxNorm and fuzzy matching to a database of 157 medications with 2,552 predicted indications

- Evidence levels (L1-L5) based on knowledge graph and deep learningvalidation

- Integrated ClinicalTrials.gov search for related clinical trials

- Localized Thai interface (ภาษาไทย)

- Standalone mode available for testing without EHR connection
