KeepBP

KeepBP is a free, patient-owned home blood pressure tracker that connects to the health systems clinicians already use. Patients log readings in under a minute — or import from a portal CSV. When they choose, KeepBP uses SMART on FHIR (standalone patient launch with PKCE) to pull blood pressure and pulse Observations from Epic / MyChart or Oracle Health. Patients can download a one-page doctor PDF or a FHIR R4 Bundle of US Core–shaped vital-signs Observations. Optional Epic Observation write-back of home BP is patient-confirmed and organization-dependent. KeepBP never asks for MyChart passwords. Tokens stay server-side. Not a hospital EHR, diagnostic device, or medical advice.
